My future grandkids

Conversation between me and Matthew this afternoon...

Matthew: Mom, when I grow up I'm gonna be a daddy.

Me: Oh yeah. How many kids are you gonna have?

Matt: 8!

Me: 8! Wow, that's more than I have!

Matthew: Wanna know der names?

Me: Sure.

Matthew: Scooby Doo, Shaggy, Fwed,...

Me: What about a girl? Aren't you having any girls?

Matthew: Nope, jess boys.

Me: Come on! I need at least ONE granddaughter...

Matthew: Ok, ONE girl.

Matthew: Ok, Scooby doo, Shaggy, Fwed, Velma, now Star Wars, Obiewan, Chewbacca, Yoda, and Luke!

At least I'll have a couple of grandkids with "real" names....it'll be hard to find personlized mugs for the others with names like Chewbacca and Yoda...
